Unix and Ubuntu use of Terminal Cal Command 

call command to see the calendar of any specific month or  a complete year.

cal [option] [date] [month] [year]

Cal Command The Calendar 

Open the Terminal Ctrl+Alt+T

Type command Cal month year

e.g. cal June 2010

This command any date of month year argent display
